Each of us experiences life in a unique and individual way. No one else will ever have the same life experience as you. Our past shapes how we perceive and engage with the present. Many of the thoughts, feelings and experiences that influence our beliefs and actions operate outside of our conscious awareness.
Because these influences are often unconscious, traditional approaches-such as advice from loved ones, self-help books, or even traditional talk therapy-may not always provide lasting relief. Despite our best efforts, we may still find ourselves struggling with recurring patterns of thought and behavior.
At our core, we all seek freedom from the persistent, unconscious thought patterns that can interfere with our natural state of happiness and peace. This is the work that has changed my life and what I now dedicate my time to: helping others find relief and reconnecting with their true self.
Teachers, psychologists and mystics I have to thank for their contribution to my ongoing learning and unlearning: Byron Katie, Esther Perel, Michael Singer, Orna Guralnik, Anthony de Mello, Eckhart Tolle, Rhonda Byrne, Joe Dispenza, Rupert Spira, Abraham Hicks, David Hawkins, Ram Dass, Jesus and the twins.
